All it asks is what your favorite book, movie, musician, etc is  and anything else you’d like to tell us. All of this information is private. You also will get a bonus gift when you submit it! I’ll start. My name is Joseph, or Joe. I am 16 years old. I live in the United States. I have been a hard core Alexz Johnson fan since 2005, but have been a fan since 2001. I love music. My favourite movie is The Family Stone (I saw it a few weeks ago with my best friend and I love it). My favorite musicians are Alexz Johnson, Adam Young (Owl City), Lady Gaga, and Lights.
